I John F. Savely do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.
First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts, be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys(sic) that I may possess of, or may first come into the hands of my executor.
Secondly, I give and bequeath to my Wife Lizzie Savely my land 94 acres and all of my moneys(sic) stock and household and kitchen furniture and all of any effects every shape and after her death to be equally divided among the legal heirs.
Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife Lizzie Savely my executor. I witness where ?? six day of September one thousand eight hundred eight-two.
Signed and published in our presence, and we have subscribed our names hereto in the presence of
testator. This the 26th. day of September 1882. his

Sumner County Court November Term 1882.
The last Will and Testament of John Savely, deceased, was this day presented in open Court for probate
and [pg 249] was duly proven by the oaths of J. A. Moss, and Quinton Coppage, subscribing witnesses
thereto which is received by the Court and ordered to be recorded. Mrs. Lizzie Savely the Executrix named
in the Will appeared in open Court and accepted the execution of the same.
Therefore the said Lizzie Savely, together with her sureties: J. A. Moss, and Quinton Coppage appeared in
open Court and entered into and acknowledged their bond to the State of Tennessee in the penal sum of
one hundred dollars conditioned as the law requires, and said Lizzie Savely as Executrix aforesaid was duly
qualified.
