I John Byrn do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me anytime made.

First, I desire that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may be proffered or may come first into the hands of my executor.

Second, it is my wish that my son David P Byrn take care of __ __ my wife as long as she live and pay all my just debts and for that consideration I give and bequeath the tract of land I now live on containing one hundred and thirty acres. Also one tract of forty-eight acres ___ by ___ ___ namely land east ___ a lot ___ land South and ___ west.

Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my daughter May Fleming my eight day clock.

Fourthly, I give unto my son Richard G Byrn and Mary Fleming any ___ ___ ___ stock, household and kitchen furniture that I that I ___ the be equally divided between ___ Richard and Mary ___ ___ ___ ___ before my wife and in such case there shall be a sufficient ___ of the stock, household and kitchen furniture set a ___ for ___ support and if ___ all so long as she may live. Lastly, I do hereby moninate and appoint David P Byrn and John W ___ my executors..
