Hughey this day April the 3rd 1895. will all of my property in the town of Gallatin, State of Tennessee, County of Sumner and also all of my property in the town of Lebanon State of Tennessee, County of Wilson to my wife individually Mrs. C. F. Hughey to sell or use as she thinks best. Sealed and signed by me.
