I HEZEKIAH KIRK of the county of Sumner and state of Tennessee do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills made by my attorney.

Item 1st: I hereby will and direct that all my just debts be paid out of a sale of my personal property and money.

Item 2nd: I will and bequeath to my brother Isaac KIRK all my land to him and his heirs forever said land, adjoins the lands of Willie DOUGLASS, the lands of the heirs of Benjamin KIRK, the lands of the said Isaac KIRK and Charles GRIMM. I also will and bequeath to my said brother, all my corn crop and all my hogs.

Item 3rd: I will and bequeath to my sister Sarah F. KIRK all my wheat, oats and fodder and the certain gray mare aged 10 or 11 years.

Item 4: I will and beqeuath that my debts be paid off out of what money I have on hand. If that is insufficient, I then will and direct that a sufficient portion of my personal estate be sold to pay the balance, Sally and Isaac contributing equal portions,...
