I Horatio Berry of the County of Sumner and the State of Tennessee do this October 17 1905 make my First, last and only Will.
Which is done by agreement with my wife.
First, I want all my debts paid
Second, I give everything Real, personal and mixed to my children.
Third, I want my life insurance applied to pay-ment {sic} of my debts
I appoint my wife Nannie S. Berry Executrix without bond, with WW Berry, Harry S Berry and Dr. W. A. Bryan as advisors

State of Tennessee
Sumner County Court February the 29th Febry {sic} Term 1908
A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Horatio Berry died, was this day produced in open Court for probate, when the same was duly proved by the oaths of T.B. Ellis and W. P. Puryear subscribing witnesses thereto, where the same was ordered recorded as said last will and testament of Horatio Berry dec'd
