I David P. Bullock of the County of Sumner and State of Tennessee do make this as my Will. In the first place I will and bequeath to my wife Alice W. Bullock one half of my Estate both real and personal.

I give to my son in law J. M. Turner the balance or remainder of my personal property. I give and bequeath to my daughter, Pattie W. Turner all the remainder or balance of my real Estate not herein given to my wife.

I give the same to her during her life and at her death to be equally divided between her children, the above gift to my daughter is done by the special request (pg 167) of my son J. N. Turner(?). I hereby appoint my wife Executrix and my Son in law J. N. Turner Executor of this my will.

Signed, Sealed and delivered this 14th. day of Sept. 1875.

The last Will and Testament of David P. Bullock was this day produced in open Court and asked to be probated. The said paper thus produced as a last Will and Testament was proved to be in the handwriting of said David P. Bullock. And all and every part of it being proved by F. D. Blakemore, Melser Scluter, Jo. D. Turner and John Turner to be in the handwriting of said David P. Bullock.

The said paper writing is admitted to probate as the last Will and Testament of said Bullock.
