Known by all persons that I Benjamin Wyatt this day Will boath (sic) personal and real property,
after my death to my wife Sarah Wyatt and at her death to be equly (sic) divided between my two
daughters, Susan (E.) McCartney and Nancy Jane Griffin and at there (sic) death., etch. (sic) to
bee (sic) Equly (sic) divided between there (sic) bodly Hers (sic) and I also Will that my Just
debts and accounts bee (sic) paid and I also (sic) Will that W. M. Benson Bee (sic) my legal
Executor without making any Bond.
