Sep. the 18th 1892.
This to certify to my friends that My Will and Wishes that my Wife may Have ever thing that I oue (sic) Her life time her widow hood and then I Want Dicy Hall and Laura E. leffus children and T. A. Riggsbee (,) Eter violet (,) clarey Riggsbee and Mary Riggsbee (,) Zeldy Riggsbee (,) Laura Leffew's children is to only to have Hur (sic) part of the little mite that I have. I Want 100 feet Square Reserved at the graveyard and a rite (sic) of Way too and from the graveyard for the Benefit of ther (sic) family. I want T. A. Riggsbee to have the land that I got from foster at valuation. with out the value of the improvements if thare (sic) is eney (sic) on it he will put it on thar (sic) and at my deth (sic) ther (sic) Mamey (?) is to have the benefit of all as long as she lives single life and the children has it as they Become 21 years old.

the girles (sic) is to have the benefit of a support from the proceeds of the land as long as thay (sic) ar (sic) single so as they can have thir (sic) living so long as they Remane (sic) single. My last Will and Request and I Want toomes(sic) to my and my Wifes head and feet all so I want them to the children as they die out of thir (sic) part.

Sumner County Court June Term July 1st 1896.
A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of A. W. Riggsbee dec'd, was this day produced in open Court for probate, when the same was duly proven by the oaths of W. L. Rouse and James M. Link the subscribing witnesses thereto. [pg 119] Also a codicil thereto to said Will which was duly proven by the oaths of W. L. Rouse and James M. Link subscribing witnesses thereto, thereupon said Will and codicil were ordered recorded as said last Will and Testament of A. W. Riggsbee, dec'd.
