I, Allen Austin being of sound and perfect mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament.

First; It is my will that my burial expenses be paid out of any personal property I may die possessed.

Second; I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Jane O. Austin all of the personal property I may die possessed of during the term of her natural life.

Third; It is my request that my Grand-Daughter Isa Handaway have all the personal property that may remain at the death of my wife Jane O. Austin except so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the expense of her burial.

Fourthly; I bequeath to my sons John A. Austin and Rufus B. Austin each one dollar the reason of this bequest being so mall(sic) is that I have already made provision to John A. Austin two hundred and seven acres of land and to Rufus B. Austin one hundred acres of land and over three hundred dollars in money.

Fifth; All the real estate belonging to me has been conveyed by deed, consequently I make no disposition of it in this will.

I hereby appoint my beloved wife Jane O. Austin my Executrix without bond.
I hereby revoke all other wills or parts of wills that may have heretofore made by me.
Given under my hand and seal this the 18th day of November 1893.

Sumner County Court November Term Nov. 6th, 1897.
The last Will and testament of Allen Austin dec'd, was this day produced in open Court for probate when the same was duly proven by the oaths of W. N. Warren and T. W. Wright the subscribing witnesses thereto. when the same was ordered recorded.
