KEESEE, who died in Sumner County, Tennessee, in 1825.
I, Agnes KEESEE of the County of Sumner and State of Tennessee this day I make my last Will, feeling myself in a reasonable state of mind, I make this will in preference to all other wills aforesaid made this my Will and Testament, in the name of God, the great Savior of the universe, hoo [sic-who] I disolve [sic] my soul to, and my body to itt's [sic] mother Dust and may this my last Will and Testament be done.
I pray, that is, First: I leave all my cattle and hogs, and sheep, and carrage [sic], and corn, and pork, and some o[f?] this property to pay my just debts, dues, and, demands [whare in then?].
1st: I [spaces in original] unto George H. SANDERS one cart and all my farming tools.
2nd: Then, I give unto Mary SANDERS, one [busian?], one bed and all my bed c[l]othes, one wheel and cards, two pots, one oven, one table.
3rd: I give unto Redmond BALL a disk, one cittle [kettle] and one roan mare.
4th: I give unto Jane BALL, one cupboard.
Fifth: I give unto Roady [Rhoda] BALL one looking glass and towel.
Six: I give unto Champess [Champness] BALL one arm chair.
Seventh: I give unto Thomas KEESEE one dollar.
Eighth: I give unto George F. KEESEE one dollar.
Ninth: I give unto Champess [Champness] KEESEE one dollar.
10th: I give unto Louisa SMITH one dollar.
11th: I give unto Patience SMITH one dollar.
12th: I give unto Rody [Rhoda] McKNIGHT one dollar.
13th: I give unto Agnes LYING [LYON] one dollar.
14th: I give unto Robert SANDERS one dollar.
14th [sic]: I give unto Nancy HENRY one dollar.
This is my will given to my consent and I appoint George W. SANDERS and James BALL my
Administrators for which we all our hands an [sic] seals,
This the 10th of Feby. 1829.

Sumner County Court May Term 1829
The last Will and Testament of Agnes KEESEE dec'd was exhibited in open Court for probate,
and was duly proved by the oath of Andrew R. MILLS one of the subscribing witnesses thereto
and ordered to be recorded and then upon James BALL one of the Exors therein named appeared
in Court and agreed to take upon himself the [burthen?] of the execution thereof, and together
with Andrew A. MILLS his security entered into and acknowledged therein, bound to the
Governor and his successors in office, in the sum of Five Hundred dollars conditioned as the law
directs and took the oath of Exor prescribed by law, and at the same time rendered into Court an
account of sales, or a part of the sales of said decedent which is ordered to be recorded. A Copy
