We the united Baptist Church of Christ at Station Camp Sumner Co. Tenn. Held our stated meeting at 2 o'clock on Saturday before the 3rd Lord's Day in Sept 1867.
Open the doors of the church for the reception of members.
Received by letter L. B. SPROUSE and Harriet M. SPROUSE.
Wm. KEOPF presented himself for membership.

Held our stated meeting at 2 o'clock on Saturday before the 3rd Lord's Day.
Sermon delivered by Bro. W. C. SHANNON from Bethlehem Church Robertson Co. Tenn.
Received by letter sister Mary L. ALLISON and sister Mary C. KEOPF.

Nov 1867
Sermon delivered by Elder A. S. DORRIS from West Tenn.
Received by letter sister Lucinda WHITE, sister July Ann BOWLING.

Dec 1867 On Motion & Second the church agreed to change her meeting from the third to the first Sunday in each month and Saturday before the first Sunday.

Feb 1868
Owing to the absence of the pastor, Bro Simpson MURRY of Newhope Church held Prayer.

June 1868
The Clerk was ordered to write a letter to the Bethel Baptist Association petitioning our admittance into their Body.

July 1868
Bro. Wm. DEMPSEY was appointed church treasure.
Elder B. R. DORRIS & Brethren R. CUNNINGHAM, L. B. SPROUSE & Wm KEOPF was appointed Deligates to the Bethel Association the letter to the association was read and received.

Dec 1868
Bro. Wm KEOPF stated to the church that he had been overtaken in a fault. Viz drinking to much liquor and he was sorry for it his acknowledgment was received and he retained in the Church.

Received by letter Bro Henry PIPER a Deacon & sister Polly PIPER and sister Elisa PIPER & James H. PIPER.

June 1869
Eld R. B. DORRIS and Brethren Ida DORRIS, Wm. KEOPF and L. B. SPROUSE were appointed Delgates to the Association.

Oct 1869
R. B. DORRIS and S. B. SPROUSE were appointed Deligates to meet with the Brethren at Springfield on Tuesday next to consult the propriety of forming a new Association.

Dec 1869
Letters from the Church of Bethlehem was then read dismissing and recommending to us Bros R. T. DAVIS, Joseph DORRIS & Sister Mary BERCH.

Feb 1870
The committee appointed to visit Sister CUNNINGHAM reported Sister CUNNINGHAM equited.

June 1870
Bros R. B. DORRIS, Thos MURRY & Oston DORRIS was appointed deligates to the association Clerk ordered to write the letter.

Oct 1870
Sister Mary F. PERRY called for a letter of dismission, granted.
By experience sister Sarah DORRIS.
By experience and baptism Wm C. SMITH, J. T. BARRETT, Martha E. BARRETT and Emly JAMES.

Feb 4th 1871
Bro R. T. DORRIS called for a letter of Dismission, granted.
Bro Joseph DORRIS called for a letter of Dismission, granted.
Bros J. T. BARRETT & G. H. DORRIS was appointed a committee to employ a sexton for the year 1871.

March 4th 1871
Called for a report of the committee appointed to employ a sexton. Report as follows: they had employed David COMBS at the same price viz $1 Dollar Per Month.
Bro H. PIPER called for a letter of Dismission for himself and wife, granted.

June 3rd 1871
Church unanimously agreed to withdraw from the Bethel Association and to into a new association. The clerk was ordered to draw up the petition and send it to Bethel Association.

March 1872
Eld Bro R. B. DORRIS was appointed to visit Bro Ida DORRIS; for to learn the fact of his imbracing Camelism.
Sister Mary CUNNINGHAM was excluded from Church for imbracing Camel Doctring.

Apr 6th 1872
The unfinished business was then taken up in order from the records the case of Bro Isa DORRIS was taken up for embracing Camell Doctoring.
Sister Mary CUNNINGHAM excluded for the same.

Oct 5 1872
The following candidate viz Bro Benjamin BOWLDING presented for membership.

Nov 1872
Bro T. M. BIGBEE presented himself for membership.
By recommendation his wife Sarah M. BIGBEE who promises to get a letter from her former church also sisters Mary J. ALLEN and Martha P. MURRY presented themselves for membership.
Nov. 17, Bro Berry BOWLDING presented himself for membership.
Nov. 18, the following candidates presented themselves for membership Viz Sisters Magie E. SPROUSE, Louisa BARRETT, Elizabeth BARRETT and Mahaley E. ELMORE, and Brethren Thos DORRIS, Wm. G. DORRIS, G. R. BRIGENCE, Rolan Plumer DORRIS, Joseph PIKE and D. M. BRIGENCE.
Nov 20, Sisters Nancy J. BOWLDING and Carilda L. DEMPSEY. Presented themselves for membership.
Received Nov 21, Received by letter sister Nancy KING.
Also Bro C. D. TRENARY and wife sister Mary J. TRENARY presented themselves for membership.
Three days later and Elder R. B. DORRIS is prostrate by disease which resulted in his death on the 18th Day of Dec. 1872.

Febr 1873
A charge was Brot against Bro Daniel BRIGANCE for Dancing, and Wm. DEMSEY & G. M. DORRIS was appointed a committee to visit him.

March 1873
The case of Bro Daniel BRIGANCE was Laid over for the next meeting in Apr.
A charge was brot against Bro George BRIGANCE for dancing.

April 1873
Call for the report of the committee that was appointed to visit Bro. Daniel BRIGANCE. Reported and discharged.
The case of Bro Daniel M. BRIGANCE was the taken up. And on motion and second he was excluded from the church for dancing.
The case of Bro G. R. BRIGANCE was laid over to next meeting.

May 1873
The case of Bro G. R. BRIGANCE was taken up for dancing. He was exclude from the Church.
A Charge was Brot against Joseph PIKE for stealing and lying. On motion and second he was excluded from the church.

June 1873
The clerk was ordered to read the sketch of the life and character of Elder R. B. DORRIS Diseased. Dec 18, 1872.

July 1873
Brethren J. J. KEMPER, G. H. DORRIS and Thos BARRETT was appointed to raise money for the monument of Eld R. B. DORRIS.

Sept 1873
Rcd by letter Elder R. S. BLANKINGSHIP & S. A. FREEMAN & Sallie A. FREEMAN also sister N. E. BLANKINGSHIP presented herself.
Sister Mary BARNS called for a letter of Dismission, granted.
Bro C. J. BERCH called for a letter of Dismission for himself and wife Mary, granted.
Sisters Mary E. SMITH & Nancy J. KEMPER presented themselves for membership.
Sept 9, Received by experience sister Ann E. SMITH to be admitted.

Oct 1873
Bro I. R. DORRIS presented himself for membership.
Sister Mary W. CUNNINGHAM was restored to the fellowship.
Brethren J. J. KEMPER & John S. WHITE was unanimously chose By the Church for Deacons.
Aug 1874
Bro Wm. DEMPSEY stated to the Church that He had been overtaken in a fault of drinking too much. His acknowledgment was received and he equited.

Sept 1874
Candidates presented themselves for membership viz Wm V. KEMPER, J. D. DORRIS, W. H. GRAVES, Mary GLASGOW, Wm. T. DORRIS, John F. DORRIS, Mary E. DORRIS, Dock TRENARY.
Received by Letter: Sisters Sarah F. V. LOWRY and Josie RASCOE.

Oct 1874
Candidates presented themselves for membership viz Joseph A. HARDIN, Susan E. HARDEN, Mary A. DEMSEY, & Henrettie DEMPSEY.

Sept 4th 1875
Rila B. DORRIS was charged with leaving the Church and teaching Herisay. His case was taken up and he excluded from the church. Received by baptism F. D. TRENARY and A. J. BARRETT.
By Letter Daniel J. MCMURTREY and wife Sarah J. MCMURTREY.
Candidates viz Mary E. CUMINGS and Mollie BOWLINGS presented themselves.

Nov 1875
Received by Letter Sister Martha E. DUKE.
Thos TOON was received for Baptism.

June 1876
Bro Wm. G. DOORIS who had been dancing acknowledged his error, and asked forgiveness of Church...which was received in the church, and was retained.

Sept 1876
A charge was Brot against Bro Wm CUMINGS for Dancing.
