I Mary McMURRY of the county of Sumner and state of Tennessee do make and publish this as my last will and testament = Thereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made
First.
I disect that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor.

Secondly.
I give and bequeath to David M. CARR; First - the plantation on which I now live embraceing all the lands I own lying on the west prong of Dry fork connisting of Two hundred and twenty acres of land, more or less.

Thirdly.
I give and bequeath to Daniel M. CARR the Dry tract of land - consiting of Ninety three acres - more or less - less the portion I sold to Elvis JOHNSON - to whom I gave a deed, to the small tract as portion consiting of Twenty two acres more or less

Fourthly.
I give and bequeath to Daniel M. CARR Twenty three acres of land more or less, know as the School land, which parcel of lands lyes adjacent to the Dry tract and blong to that tract

Fifthly
I do hereby instruct my executor to sell to the highest bidder Forty one acres of land more or less which lies west of and adjacent to my homne tract - said tract I bought of H. & R.D. DOBBINS - acting as adminstrators of my mothers estate - I direct that the proceeds of said tract be divided as follows - that is eoqually among Nannie DOBBINS Thos. DOBBINS wife & her heirs - Robt. DOBBINS and his heir - Henry DOBBINS - heirs - only those herein named - Shall have a Share (to vit) Nancy NEAL, Ann WARREN, Caroline BEARD, John DOBBINS and Allen DOBBINS

Sixthly.
I direct that the tract of land lying North of the NEAL tract which was discribed in the forgoing section this tract I bought of John B. NEAL & W. P. GUTHRIE and direct that it be disposed of pricing in the sam manner as that in section Fifth

Sevnthly
I direct that the mony shall be collected and all promisary notes and all monies that I may die possessed of Shall be divided as has been set forth and expressed in the Fifth and Sixth Section.

Eightly.
I give and bequeath to Nancy CARR all the kitchen furniture also the loom also the lounge & its furniture clothing

Ninethly
I give and bequeath to ____ An CARR my bed that I sleep upon with all its clothing.

Tenthly.
I give and bequeath to my brother Robt DOBBINS on feather bed, 1 sheet, 1 Blanket, 12 under bed-on-one quilt.

Tenthly.
I give and bequeath to Mary WRIGHT and to Ann WARREN, Caroline BEARD, Martha DOBBINS and Julia JOHNSON, each 1, one Counter panes and Table cloth.

Elvnthly
I give and bequeath to Ann DOBBINS one Beusax and one coves lid

Twelvly.
I give and bequeath to Nancy CARR on Beaseu and small dinning table.

Thirteenth
I give and bequeath to Annie DOBBINS one candle stand and one small driping table

Fourthtenth
I give and bequeath to Charity W. CARR one press as-side board

Fifthteent
I give and bequeath to Nancy CARR my large Clock - and cup-board and also all my Table furniture - including crock & jars.

Sixteenth
I do give and bequeath Priscila McMURY (col) on sugar chest

Seventhtenth
I do give and bequeath to Daniel M. CARR my small Clock.

Eighteenth.
It is my sincere ______ that Mike & his wife Shall remain in this hous and be intatled to sufficent land to _____ for their surtinenc so long as they shall live but none of their heirs are to live there on this place.

Nineteenth
This is to certify that Daniel M. CARR was to have the use and control of all of my lands so long as I might live in c____tion of which he is to take care of & administes to several wants and necessities so long as I may live and the said Daniel M. CARR is not to charged with any other sents for the use of said land then those herein mentioned.
N. B. I intend and direct that all the bequeaths that I have made to each all therein named shall be theirs and at their disposal.

Lastly
I do thereby nominate and appoint Thomas C. DOBBINS and Robert D. DOBBINS my Executors. In witness where of I do this my will set my hand and seal -- This 31th day of August 1871 --
