In the name of God Amen. I, Isham Hodges Junior of the County of Sumner and State of Tennessee, being weak in body but of sound mind and memory, blessed be Almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following this is to say. First, I hereby constitute and appoint Meredith Hodges my sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament. Secondly, I wish all my just debts paid and Thirdly: I give all my estate Real and personal after paying my debts to my beloved wife Sarah Hodges and my seven children whose names are Daniel Stokes Hodges Samuel Woodrid Hodges and Milissy L. Hodges, Marquis A. Hodges and Harriett L Hodges, Sanford P. Hodges and Clerrissa M. Hodges in common among them all to have hold possess and enjoy the same until my children becomes of age to act for themselves, then for each one to receive their part as they come of age having due regard to an equal division among my wife and children. I hereby revoke all former Wills by me heretofore made In Witness where of I _____ to set my hand and Seal.
