In the name of God: Amen. I WM. HAMILTON, being in a low state of body, but in perfect soundness of mind will that my book debts be immediately collected in order to pay off all my just debts-. Should the book amounts not pay all let as many let as many of my cattle and horses be sold as will do it. I further will that the balance of my horses and cattle comes in the hands of my wife, during her widowhood and also that my Negroes belong to her during the above time, after which let them be hired out by my Executors and the _ money be paid out to interest for my child till she arrive at the age of sixteen, or may after which let her secure the money and let the Negroes be hers. I further will that my wife after her marriage _ the third value of my estate, that is should not the balance of my estate in horses cattle and after my and my just debts are paid as a _ of the whole let her have as much of the _ of the Negroes will amount _. It is for _ my will that my child be educated out of its part of my estate. I will the WM DOUGLASS, REUBIN CAGE, WILSON YANDELL be the executors of this my last will and Testament
