The on bed will of Robert ELLACE of Sumner County dec'd expirid on the 25th day of August 1818. When on his death bed, his decease was that Old Woman MANNING his wife Deanna Ellace should have all his property of every description to be entirely at her disposal before us. Isaac BAKER, Abraham GERIUE. August 27th 1818.

The nuncupative will of Robert ELLACE dec'd was produced in Court purporting to have been written on the 27 of August 1818 and the same passed in due form of law by the Oaths of Isaac BAKER and Abraham GERIUE, whose names are subscribed to said writing and ordered to be recorded where upon Dinnah ELLACE widow and relict of said dec'd is appointed administratrix with the will annaxed of all and singular the goods and chattels of said Robert ELLAICE dec'd who together with James DOUGLASS & Alexander ROSCOE her securities entered into and acknowledged this bond to the Governor in the penalty of three thousand dollars conditioned as the Law directs.
