Know all men by these pressents that I Allexander DOBBINS Senr. of the state of
Tennessee & Sumner County Bind myself my Heirs Adms. and asines in the personall sum
of one thousand Dollars Current money to give unto my son Alexander B. DOBBINS a
whright to the tract of land on which I live Consisting of two Hundred and forty Acres
more or less at my Death a Decd for which is to be made to the said Allexander B.
DOBBINS by my Heirs after my Death and that it is fairly understood by these presents
that no Bond Contract or will shall have any affect against this bond but that is shall stand
good in law or Equity for ever given under my had this twentyth day of June Eighteen
Hundred and sixteen.
