I Alexander B. DOBBINS do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby
working and making void all other wills by me at any time made.
first
I direct that my funeral expences and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as
possible out of any monies that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of
my Executor.
Secondly
I give and bequeath to my Wife Levina C. DOBBINS all my personal and real estate to be
held by her during her life then at her death to be equally divided among my children.
Thirdly
I give and bequeath to my said Wife Levina C. DOBBINS the privledge of selling the land
___ where on I now live and setting again whenever she may choose.
fourthly
I do hereby direct and ______ my Executor to make a warranty deed and title to one half
of a certain tract of land lying in Sumner County Tennessee and adjoinging the lands of
Henry DOBBINS Thomas BARD and others, to my brother Robert DOBBINS said Land
_____ in time by my brother, Robt DOBBINS and myself in my name.
Lastly
I do hereby nominate and appoint Milton H. BRIGANCE and A.G. BRIGANCE my
Executors.
