In the name of God Amen
I Elizabeth Dickens(on) of the County of Sumner and State of Tennessee being
in sound mind and memory but in a bad state of health hath thought proper to
make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament to dispose of the Estate
that it hath been pleased God to bless me with in the following manner to-wit:
First my will and desire is that all just claims against me shall be paid.
Secondly, I give and bequeath to my grandson Josiah Perry One Hundred dollars
that he has borrowed from me I say to him and his heirs forever. Thirdly, I give
and bequeath to my grandson Isaac Perry Forty dollars that he has borrowed from
me I say to him and his heirs forever. Fourthly: I give and bequeath to my
grand-daughter Ann Baker One feather bed and stand of curtains including the
balance of furniture belonging to it, I say to her and her heirs forever.
Fifthly: My Will and desire is that the two notes of hand that I have on my
son-in-law John Perry should be given up to him without his paying anything for
them One for One hundred and seventy-one dollars given in April 4th 1817 and the
other one hundred and two dollars given in August 12th 1818. Sixthly: I give and
bequeath to by daughter Charity Perry all my clothing and all my house hold
furniture of every description that is not heretofore named. Seventhly: I give
and bequeath to my son Isaac Baker and King Luton my grandson and my grandson
Leonard Perry all the balance of my estate to be equally divided between them I
say to them and their heirs forever. Lastly I do nominate and appoint Isaac
Walton my Executor to this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke
disanull all Wills and parts of Wills and this only do I claim to be my last
Will and Testament in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
14th day of June 1824. No security is required of the Executor.

The last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Dickenson dec'd. was exhibited in
open Court for probate and duly proved by the Oath of Isaac Walton and Caswell
Smith the subscribing Witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded and thereupon
Isaac Walton the Executor prescribed by law it being stipulated in said Will
that no security be required of said Executor.
