Sumner County
In the name of God Amen.
I, Coleman Parker, of the County or Sumner and State of Tennessee being in low state of health but of sound mind and memory and judgement Thanks be to God for his _____ gifts do make and order this my last Will and Testament in the following manner: First, I remand my soul to the God that gave it existence not doubting in the least but he is able to receive it in any way or manner which is most agreeable to his diviana will. I desire that my body may be buried in a decent manner at the discretion of my Executor's hereafter named and as touching (?) my worldly fortune as it hath pleased God to bless me within this life I will desire and dispose of in the following manner viz: In the first place I will my beloved wife Mollie Parker do have possession of my land left to me by my father dec'd at my mother's death and all my personal property during her natural life and at her death to fall to my son Thomas J. Parker and lastly I constitute my beloved wife Molly Parker as Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my mind and affixed my seal this 9th day of August 1826, in the presence of William Hays Edr.

State of Tennesse Sumner County Court November Term 1826
The last Will and Testament of Coleman Parker dec'd was exhibited in open Court for probate and duly proved by the oath of William Hays and Edmond Bryant subscribing witnesses there to and ordered to be recorded and there upon Hetty (?) Parker the executrix there in named appeared in Court and together with William Watts and William Hays her securities entered into and acknowledged this bond to the Governor in the sum of Five Thousand dollars conditioned as the law directs and took the oath of Executor prescribed by law.
