The Tuggle Cemetery
The Tuggle Cemetery is located near Grant, Tn on the Alvis Farm at the end of Tribble
Lane off Grant Hwy. There are no marked graves but approx 15 graves marked by
fieldstones with one broken monument that has a part missing.
The Tuggle name is from USGS topo maps which give it this name. After going thru gate there
is a stone chimmey from a very old house on the east side of farm road. On the top of the hill
on the west side of the road across the man made lake is the cemetery in a very beautiful location.
Approx. one half mile further west on this farm is the Shepherd-Tuggle Cemetery.
