Street Cemetery Listing*--Dickson County, TN

(*This cemetery shows as Hamilton Cemetery on maps going back as far as the 1950's, but there are no graves marked as Hamilton.  Also, on the previous listing of the cemetery in the Dickson County, TN Cemetery Records by Jill K. Garrett and Iris H. McClain, it is recorded as the Street Cemetery.)

NOTE: THE FOLLOWING ARE REPORTED TO BE BURIED IN THIS CEMETERY, SO WE HAVE ASSIGNED THEM NUMBERS IN THE 900's:
901 BURGESS Will H.   6/6/1951 75y 11m 26d
Other Info: (source: Dickson County Cemetery Records by Jill K. Garrett and Iris H. McClain)  (we found a rusted undertaker marker between our markers # 19 and 20 that corresponds with the previous listing.)
902 Mc
Other Info: (This is simply a fieldstone with these letters on it.  The "M" is capitalized with the small "c" raised high with two short lines beneath.  Because of the location of this fieldstone--to the left of marker # 50 for Hugh and Missouri McCLURKAN--we suspect this is a McCLURKAN.
903 BONE D. F., Mrs.
Other Info: (We found this concrete marker tossed in the woods next to the cemetery.  Because we did not notice a newer marker for this person in the cemetery, we pulled it out of the woods and set it in the area of the BONE family, to the left of marker # 029.)
NOTE:  THERE ARE AT LEAST 2 GRAVES MARKED WITH FIELDSTONES WHICH ARE TO THE LEFT OF DAISY MCFADDEN'S GRAVE, BUT IN THE WOODS.  ALSO, ELSEWHERE, THERE IS ONE GRAVE MARKED WITH A PLASTIC PIPE STUCK INTO A TREE STUMP.  WE DO NOT HAVE INFORMATION ON WHO THESE PEOPLE WERE.
904 STREET Infant Girl 6/26/1920 11/10/1920 4m 15d
