WILLIAM CASE, by virtue of the provisions of the Occupant Law of 1826 and by virtue of his occupant claims enter as a resource 150 acres of land in the 9th district, 1st range and 5th section. Beginning 20 poles South and 18 poles East of the Southwest corner of occupant Reserve Entry No 236 in the name of NATHAN JACKSON, running west 130 poles and south for complement so as not to interfere with any legal claims.
