     McNairy County, Tennessee Land Patents 29 January 1827

     Number 205

     DAVID EVANS, by virtue of the provisions of the occupant
     law of 1826 and by virtue of his occupant claims, enters
     as a reserve 200 acres of land in the 9th district 2nd
     range and 5th section beginning 86 poles east and at
     northwest corner of Entry No 1060 in the name of
     BRASSFIELD & DICKENS, runs east 200 poles, and north for
     complement, so as not to interfere with other legal
     claims.
