     SUSAN A. HAWKINS et al to  T. [THOMAS] E. DEVAULT

     Power of Attorney

     Know all men by these presents:  That we, SUSAN A. MANSKER, SUSAN A.
     HAWKINS, ANOLIA F. SPENCER, CHARLOTTE A. ROBINSON, GENERAL J.
     CANADY, ROBERT W. ROBINSON and SUSAN A. CASEY of the County of
     Randolph and State of Arkansas, heirs at law of the late JOHN C.
     ROBINSON, deceased of McNairy County, Tennessee, do hereby appoint
     and empower THOMAS E. DEVAULT of said county of McNairy and State of
     Tennessee as our agent and attorney for us and in our name to
     demand, receive, and collect our interest in said estate, and to
     take charge of and dispose of any and all of our interest in any
     lands belonging to said estate, the same as if done by ourselves and
     as in his judgment may be considered proper.  In witness whereof, we
     hereunto set our hands and seals this 12th day of July 1899.
