     McNairy County, Tennessee Deed Book U, p. 192 19 October 1891

     J. B. & ASA BAUCUM   to  S. L. JACKSON

     25 acres

     [Note:  J. B. is JOB B. BAUCUM, son of ASA BAUCUM and REBECCA
     MELTON.  Rebecca was the widow of ANDY GARMAN, who then married
     HIRAM MELTON, and after his death, married ASA BAUCUM.]

     Know all men by these presents that we, J. B. BAUCUM and ACEY BAUCUM
     have this day bargained, sold and do hereby convey to S. L. JACKSON
     the following described tract of land lying and being in McNairy
     County, Tennessee and in District Number 12 for the consideration of
     forty two dollars and fifty cents and bounded as follows:

     On the North by J. E. WEEKS and D. M. WEEKS, on the East by W. P.
     GREER, on the South by W. P. GREER and on the West by S. E. WEEKS.

     Containing 25 acres and it being the same set apart and marked as
     the DOWER of REBECCA GERMAN [GARMAN] conveyed to her by STRIBLING
     and WASH [WALSH].

     To have and to hold to the said S. L. JACKSON, we bind ourseles ever
     to defend the title of the said land against all claims to the said
     S. L. JACKSON and his heirs this October 19th, 1891.
