HARRIS to WILEY BAUCUM 114.5 acres I have this day sold to WILEY BAUCUM for the consideration of one hundred and twelve dollars to me in hand paid the following, A tract of land in McNairy County, Tennessee, bounded as follows: Beginning at a stake with post oak pointers, 190 poles South and 40 poles West from the most Northern SouthEast corner of Entry Number in the name of W. S. WISDOM, runs then South 60 poles to a stake and 3 black jack pointers, then West 140 poles to a hickory and hickory pointers, then North 159 poles to the SouthWest corner of a tract conveyed off the old original tract to W. K. WALSH for 43 1/2 acres, then East 98 poles to a stake on the original line of said Entry Number 155, then South 99 poles to a stake, the SouthWest corner of Reserve Number 1590, then East 40 poles to the beginning, containing 114 1/2 acres, more or less. This is the balance of what was known as the HARTWELL KEETER tract. To have and to hold the same to the said WILEY BAUCUM and his heirs forever, I covenant with the said WILEY BAUCUM that I am lawfully seized of said land and have a good right to convey the same and that it is unencumbered in any way and I bind myself and heirs to warrant and forever defend the title of the same to the said WILEY BAUCUM and his heirs forever against the lawful claims of all persons.
