WISDOM to REBECCA BAUCUM 2 Tracts, 186.5 acres I, WILLIAM S. WISDOM, have this day bargained and sold and hereby transfer and convey to Mrs. REBECCA BAUCUM, formerly REBECCA MELTON, and heirs of her body forever for the consideration of four hundred and fifty dollars paid to me in hand by the said Mrs. REBECCA BAUCUM, 2 certain tracts of land in McNairy County, State of Tennessee. The first tract is bounded as follows: Beginning on a hickory and 2 black oak pointers, the most northern North West corner of Entry Number 2648 in the name of WISDOM and WALSH for 482 acres, runs East 182 poles to a stake and gum pointers, the North East corner of the same, then South 199 poles to a stake in the big road that leads from Crumps Landing to Cotton Ridge with black oak pointers. Then North West course following said road about 190 poles to a stake in said road, post oak and black oak pointers, then North 87 poles to the beginning. Containing 160 acres more or less. The other tract is called the AUTIN Tract that he purchased from WILLIAM MARTIN joins the other tract on the East and bounded as follows: Beginning at a stake and 2 black [ ] pointers, the North East corner of Entry Number ____, in the name of ____, runs West 112 poles to a stake, black oak and 2 dogwood pointers, the North West corner of the same. Then South 40 poles to a stake, chestnut, and black oak pointers. Then East 25 poles to the road, leading from J. L. B. AUTINS to WILLIAM H. CABLES and with the meanders of said road, in all 112 poles to a stake, 2 red oak and hickory pointers on the west line of Entry Number ____ in the name of ____, then North 35 poles to the beginning. Containing 26 1/2 acres more or less. To have and to hold the same to the said Mrs. REBECCA BAUCUM and the heirs of her body forever, I covenant with the said Mrs. BAUCUM that I am lawfully seized of said land and have a good right to convey it and that the same is unencumbered, do further covenant and bind myself, my heirs and representatives to warrant and forever defend the title of the land and every part thereof to the said Mrs. BAUCUM and her heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whatever.
