 The Hickman County Public Library will do certain research inquiries for the fee of $5.00 per surname.  This includes ten copies.  Additional copies will cost 15 cents each.  We will check the following Hickman County records in print form:

The Hickman County Historical Society is located on the second floor of the Courthouse on the Public Square in Centerville.   The office is open most weekdays from 10:00 to 3:30 and we welcome researchers and other visitors.  Many publications and files of family information are available for use in the office.  If you are traveling a long distance, it is a good idea to call ahead. Meetings are at 7:00 the third Thursday night of each month (excluding December) Membership in the society is $10.00, and included a quarterly Bulletin.
