Mild and affable in manners, she exemplified all the virtues that add grace and lustre to
her (not plain), With a heart overflowing with benevolence, her hand was ever open for the
relief of distress. She exibited in the endearing relations of wife and mother the purest
affection and the most ardent attachment.Embracing religion early in life and lived a
devoted and exemplary Christian and died in the triumph of a victorious faith. She had
been but transfered from the church militant in the church triumphant, exchanged the cross
for the crown and the earth for Heaven sacred dust. This little rite; a stone, a tear
recalls. It is all thy sons, all thy daughters can give. The dead in Christ shall rise
first.
