Will of Monroe Youngstown

 
Youngstown, Monroe- - - - - - -will written 1849:  

As my estate is small and would not be of much value equally divided 
among all my children but would be of some value to one alone.  For services 
done and to be done, I give to my son Monroe Youngstown Jr the whole of my estate.
