NANCY NETTLES Adminstatrix October Term 1850

State of Tennessee Gibson County We NANCY NETTLES Wm. GARDNER JOHN KIMBRO are
held and firmly bound unto the State of Tennessee in the sum of Three Thousand
Dollars for which payment will and truly to be made we bind ourselves,
executors, and administrators jointly and e---ally firmly by these presents
sealed with our seal and dated this 7th day of October 1850.  the condition of
the above obligation is such that if the above bound NANCY NETTLES,
Administratrix of all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits
HARVEY NETTLES Deceased do make or cause to be made are true and perfect
inventory of all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits of the
said deceased which have or shall come the hands possession or knowledge of
her the said NANCY NETTLES or into the hands and possession of any person or
persons further the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited to the
next County Court where orders for administration proposed: and the same goods
chattels of said deceased at the time of his death, or which at any time after
shall come to the hands or possession of the said NANCY NETTLES, or unto the
hands or possession person or persons for him do will and truly administer
according to law and further do make or cause to be made a true and just
account of his said Administration within Two Year's after the date of these
presents, and all the rest and residue of said goods and chattels and credits
which shall be found remaining upon the said administrator, account, the same
being first examined and allowed by the County court shall deliver and pay
unto such person or persons respectively as the same shall be due unto
pursuant the law: and it shall appear that any Last Will and Testament was
made by the deceased and the executor or executors therein named do exhibit
the same into Court, making request to have it allowed and approved
accordingly if the said NANCY NETTLES above bound being there unto the
obligation of such Testament being first had and made in the said Court then
this obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full
force and virtue, given under our hands and seals this 7th day of October
