All Debts to first be paid; estate to then be divided into fourteen parts. One part is to wife Lavina. And one part each to the following sons and daughters: Stephen, Lavina, Waitman, Jesse, Jacob, John, Hilary, Michael, Thomas, Alfred, Edna and Mary. Grandsons John Thomas and Henry, children of his deceased daughter Elizabeth, are to share one fourteenth part.
