February Term 1867, Gibson County, Tennessee

I, Ezekiel Armstrong being of sound mind do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me heretofore made.

First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid out of the first money coming into the hands of my executor.

Secondly, I desire that all the surplus properties be sold to the highest bidder and the proceeds appropriate liquidation of my debts so far as is necessary.

Thirdly, I desire that my household and kitchen furniture be divided equally among my bodily heirs (it has already gotten accounting for such things as they have been received)

Fourthly, I give my three sons, J.M. Armstrong, Marion Armstrong, and J.S. Armstrong, fifty acres of land to be cut off at the East End of the tract and be equally divided among them.

Fifthly, I give my son, William Armstrong, of the remaining 100 acres of my land for the support of himself and mother during their lifetime; and at his death to go to my son, E. J. W. Armstrong, whom I request to take care of his mother, Margaret Armstrong and his brother, William Armstrong during his lifetime.

Lastly, I appoint my son E. J. W. Armstrong as executor of this my last will and testament. This December 19th, 1866.
