This picture was taken around December 1955 at the Fiftieth Wedding Anniversary Celebration of John & Etta Yates McCartney.  Seated are John Elijah McCartney and his wife, Etta Ora Lee Yates.  Behind them (l to r) are Carl Yates and Cordie Sellers Yates (Etta’s brother and his wife) and Ophelia Pugh McCartney and Thomas Henry McCartney (John’s brother and his wife).
