ELIZABETH J. (entire middle section of stone, probably 16-18 inches, missing)

In memory of MARTHA Wife of O. Fitzgerald Born May 27, 1802 Died Feb 15, 1873
Aged 70Y 8M 18D (epitaph unreadable) (footstone found near headstone)

Footnote:Priscilla Freeman is Priscilla Jones Freeman dau of Thomas H. Jones & Catharine McKelroy "Katy" Shaw wife of Dr. John H. Freeman I was told that her son William W. Freeman b. 1829 and both his wives, who were
sisters, Mary F. Fitzgerald b. 1840 and Elizabeth J. Fitzgerald b. 1829 as well as some of the Fitzgerald's are buried there. Mary & Elizabeth were the daughters of Obediah Gardner Fitzgerald 1 Jun 1795 - Aug 1887 & Martha
"Patsey" Mays27 May 1802 in VA - 15 Feb 1873 I am pretty sure that the Martha is Martha Mays Fitzgerald. There should be about 18 graves there if I remember correctly from visiting it as a child with my father.(Per Catherine Edwards)
