GUARDIAN BOND

We THOMAS N.PAYNE , WILLIAM GARDNER, D.A. RAMSEY are bound to the State of
TENNESSEE in the penalty of Seventeen Hundred & Fifty Dollars. Witness our
hands and seals this 2nd day of August A.D. 1875.

The Condition of this Obligation is such, That, Whereas, the above THOS. N.
PAYNE Has this day renewed his bond Guardian of RICHARD W. & THOMAS PAYNE,
minor Children of MARCELLA PAYNE ,deceased . Now, if the said THOMAS N. PAYNE
shall well and truly perform and discharge all the duties which are or may be
required of him by law, as such Guardian, this obligation shall be void:
