Guardian Bond Gibson County TN. June 3, 1861

We WILLIAM GARDNER, T.N. PAYNE & JOHN KIMBRO are bound to the State of
Tennessee in the penalty of Four Thousand Dollars. Witness our hands and seals
this 3 day of June A.D. 1861. The Condition of this Obligation is such, That,
Whereas, the above bound Wm. GARDNER Guardian of RICH HM (?), JOHN I., Wm.K.,
JOS. (or JOS.)B. & JAS. F. GARDNER Minor children of JANE GARDNER deceased.
Now, if the said Wm. GARDNER shall well and truly perform and discharge all
the duties which are or may be required of him by law, as such Guardian, this
obligation shall be void: otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
