Perry Registered July 3rd, 1852 For the love and affection I entertain for William F. Perry, I do hereby give and transfer and convey to him my tract of land in Gibson County Tenn., District No. 17 containing by estimation one hundred acres and bounded as follows to wit. Beginning at south east corner of a fifty acre tract heretofore deeded to Harmon Reed by me, runs thence south 160 poles to a stake and pointers thence east roughly to the beginning one hundred acres to have and to hold the same, to the said William F. Perry, his heirs and assigns forever. I command and agree for myself and heirs to warrant and defend the title to the said tract of land to the said William F.
