King has this day bargained andsold to Luther King of the County and State aforesaid a part or parcel of landsay thirty five acres it being one half of undivided Seventy acres deeded tome by M.C.(?) Goodloe all of which is an undivided half of the tract of landon which we both now live for the consideration of Two hundred Dollars Cash inhand paid the said Luther King is to have and to hold forever. I am seizedwith the "rite" to sell or convey the said land is unincumbered in any waywhatsoever. I here with warrent and defend the "rite" of said against any andall lawful claims whatsoever.
