CEMETERIES

Thanks to the efforts of Suzanne, we are able to bring you Sue Reed's "Compendum of Henry County Cemeteries". Reprinted with permission.

Bond Cemetery

Located an Rock Island in Kentucky Lake and Big Sandy River. (Copied from: (1) Mr. Charles Sanders' records; and (2) The Kentucky Lake Cemetery Relocation Project comp. by Judith Ann Maupin (1975) which stated that "This is a very old, abandoned cemetery below elevation, containing 8 graves and that the last burial was in 1850. Remain permits were executed on the 6 graves which could be identified.")

NOTE: See "LIME KILN CEMETERY". Seems to be duplicate.
