DEATH ... IRA M. WARREN, prominent Dyersburg attorney, died Wednesday at 2 p. m. at his home after an illness of five months. He was born and reared in Crockett County and nearing his 58th birthday. His wife; one daughter, MISS MARJORIE WARREN of Memphis; parents, MR. & MRS. W. R. WARREN of Alamo; two brothers, W. B. WARREN of Alamo and Freed WARREN of Memphis survive. Services this Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Dyersburg.

DEATH ... Services were held Friday at the Alamo Methodist Church for Mrs. S. D. VADEN, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. RAY PITNER in Dyersburg last Thursday, burial in Alamo cemetery. She would have been 83 in September. She also leaves several neices and nephews.

Services for FRANCES LUDIE WEST, 62, who died at the Haywood County Memorial Hospital, Brownsville June 28th after a long illness were held Friday at Johnson Grove Baptist Church, burial in Robinson Cemetery at Johnson Grove. She leaves her husband, EMMETT WEST; five daughters, MRS. BEATRICE UTLEY, MRS. FRANCES PUCKETT, MRS. JETTIE STRICKLAND, MISS VICTORIA WEST, all of Brownsville and MRS. JERALDINE JONES of Chicago; three sons, WILBURN WEST, ODELL WEST, and OLDEN WEST, all of near Brownsville; a sister, MRS. CARRIES WEST of Ripley, Tenn.; and two brothers, JOHN HARRELL of Haywood County and Arthur HARRELL of Crockett County.

DEATH ... Services for Rev. W. A. WEST, 64, of Medina, who died from a heart ailment at Doctors Hospital, Jackson, were held at the Medina Baptist Church Thursday. He was a minister for 36 years and was pastor of Gadsden Baptist Church at the time of his death.

DEATH ... BILLIE GENE WILLIS, son of Mr. & Mrs. CLAUDE WILLIS died at Oursler Clinic, Humboldt Monday as a result of injuries sustained in an auto wreck early Sunday. He was 20. Services were held Tuesday at the First Baptist Church, Humboldt, burial in Rosehill Cemetery.

ALAMO ... Mr. & Mrs. PAUL CONLEY, Mr. & Mrs. CLAUDE CONLEY and Mrs. R. L. CONLEY of Alamo with Mrs. J. A. FARROW of Bells attended the funeral of Mrs. H. P. CONLEY in Memphis Saturday. Mrs. Conley was the widow of Dr. H. P. CONLEY, who was reared in Alamo and later practiced medicine. At the time of his death, he was head of the x-ray department of St. Joseph in Memphis.

DEATH ... Services were held on Tuesday a. m. at the home for JOHN P. CLEMENTS, who died Monday a. m. He was born in Crockett Mills and had lived his entire life, 80 years, there. He was a farmer and a Baptist. He had been confined to his home for three years. He leaves his wife, SUSAN INETTA CLEMENTS; two sons, J. P. JR. CLEMENTS and ELBERT OSWALD CLEMENTS; one brother, J. E. CLEMENTS; four grandchildren; three neices and two nephews.

DEATH ... Mrs. ANNIE MAY WILKERSON died Saturday at her home near Bells. She was born October 26, 1896. Services were held on Tuesday a. m. at the home, burial in Kail Cemetery. She leaves one son, DOYLE WILKERSON of Bells; one daughter, MARGARET STEWART odf Shelby, N. C.; parents, Mr. & Mrs. J. C. PIERCY; three sisters, Mrs. EVIE JACKSON of Memphis, Miss HORTENSE PIERCY of Bells, and Mrs. SADIE AVERY of Memphis; three brothers, M. H. PIERCY, ERNEST PIERCY and BEN PIERCY, all of Bells; and two grandchildren, TOMMY DOYLE and DLEANNA WILKERSON.

DEATH ... FRANK L. YOUNG died Thursday at the residence in Dyersburg. He was 62 years old, born in Stokes, Tenn., and in later years was a merchant there before moving to Dyersburg 20 years ago. He was the son of the late B. F. & LAURA HOOPER YOUNG. Services were held Saturday at the First Methodist Church, Dyersburg, burial in Fairview Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. EDNA YOUNG; a son, CONWAY YOUNG of Dyersburg; three daughters, Mrs. THOMAS JACOCKS of Bolivar, Mrs. SAM CARTER, of Booneville, Miss., and Mrs. GLEN GURLEY of Dyersburg; eleven grandchildren; one brother, ERNEST YOUNG of Pontiac, Mich.; and one sister, Mrs. D. R. DENTON of Memphis.

DEATH ... Services for S. H. WOODSON who died Saturday at his home in the Fruitvale community, were held Sunday, burial in Marlowe Cemetery. He was 83 and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. He is survived by his wife, MRS. BETTIE WOODSON; three sons, BERNARD WOODSON of Bells, W. H. WOODSON and JAMES WOODSON of Gadsden; five daughters, Mrs. NINA NORVILLE of Brownsville, Mrs. A. V. RAINES and Mrs. CLAYBORN CROSSNOE of Bells, Mrs. W. F. WILLIAMS of Blytheville, Ark., and Mrs. R. J. BLACKBURN of Memphis; two brothers, ROBERT WOODSON and EDD WOODSON of Clarksville; 33 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

DEATH ... Services for Mrs. ANNIE CARDWELL, a Dyersburg resident who died at her home there Sunday, were held Tuesday at the First Methodist Church, burial in Fairview Cemetery. She was 58. Born and reared near Friendship, the daughter of the late LAWRENCE FONES. She had resided in Dyersburg for 36 years, the widow of MICAGAH DOYLE CARDWELL. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. DORIS FRIEDLANDER of Parkersburg, W. Va., and Mrs. DOROTHY LANE of Dyersburg; a son, MICAGAH CARDWELL of Calif.; six brothers, LUSKA FONES of Friendship, HENRY FONES of Dyersburg, Rev. FONES & WELZIE FONES of Memphis, WELVIE FONES of Des Moines, Iowa, and WILBUR FONES of Chicago, Illinois; a sister, Mrs. MARY FONES POOLE of Chicago; and three grandchildren.

DEATH ... Services for MRS. NETTIE LORENE DARDEN, wife of J. B. DARDEN, who died at her home in Alamo Wednesday a. m. will be held at the First BaptistChurch Thursday, burial in Alamo Cemetery. Mrs. DARDEN was reared in Fruitland and was married to J. B., one of the owners of the Alamo Telephone Co., about 30 years ago. She was 47 years of age. Her husband; four sisters, MRS. SID BRISON, Fruitland, MRS. WILLIE HAYES, Memphis, MRS, W. A. McCALL, Rock Hill, S. C., MRS. LYMAN FITZGERALD, Alberquerque, N. M.; four brothers, L. E. SCHOLES, Nashville, PAUL SCHOLES, Union City, CARLOS SCHOLES, Dettoit, and HOMER SCHOLES, of Humboldt survive her.

DEATH ... Services were held Monday, July 10th at Johnson Grove Baptist Church for FRANK GARRETT, who died at his home in bells Sunday of a heart attack, burial in Robinson Cemetery. He was born in Crockett County, the son of the late WILEY GASTON GARRETT and SARAH GARRETT. He was 57 years of age. He leaves his wife, Mrs. HESTER GARRETT; two brothers, ERNEST GARRETT of West Memphis, Ark., and CLYDE GARRETT of Jones, Tenn.; and a number of neices and nephews.

BEASLEY, Halls attorney, former member of the Tennessee Public Utilities Commission and three times Mayor of Halls, were held Tuesday from Halls Christian Church, burial in Halls Cemetery. He was 73. Born in Crockett County, Mr. BEASLEY came to Halls to practice law in 1903. He leaves his wife, Mrs. OLLIE STEPHENS BEASLEY.
