Carmel Hospital-East, Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio and is buried in West Lawn Cemetery, Winesburg, Holmes County, Ohio. She married a Parks. Social Security records indicate her place of residence was Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Florida, United States.
