Slaglille Church

These are pictures of the church where people must go to register births, baptisms, marriages, and deaths. All these events are entered into the record books. The bellringer rings the bells every morning at 7am. The stone font holds the water for the baptisms. Finally, near the wall of the cemetery are all the tombstones lined up. Denmark doesn't have the luxury of almost unlimited real estate that America does. Therefore, gravesites are reused after a certain period of years and the tombstones carefully lined up against a wall of the churchyard.
