including interesting links - has dbase of Ships of the old Navy, from 1690, and links to Mr. William Bligh, R.N. - at www.lareau.org, which has 2 scholarly papers on Bligh, a Cornishman.

FreeCEN
An effort to put all census data from 1841 to 1891 online for free. All of Cornwall is completed. This material has been checked by 3 persons, to help ensure accuracy. Transcribed "as is", complete with fanciful spellings, etc. - so be sure to search creatively.
