UNDEFENDED DIVORCE CASES Sitting in divorce yesterday at the Wellington Supreme Court, his Honour Mr. Justice Ostler granted decrees nisi in the following undefended cases:

Margaret Mary COKER (Mr. W. E. Leicester) v. Charles Leonard COKER, on the ground of separation under Court order.

Pearl COE (Mr. W.E. Leicester) v. Norman Milton COE, on the ground of separation by mutual consent.

Elsie Margaret HOYE (Mr. W. E. Leicester) v. George HOYE, separation by mutual consent.

Beatrice Hardy WILSON v. Maurice WILSON, on the grounds that respondent had failed to obey an order for restitution of conjugal rights.

Eva CROSS v. Percy Donald Stanley CROSS, on the grounds of adultery.

Winifred Eveline WAKEFIELD v. Clarence WAKEFIELD, for desertion.

Louisa Letitia TURNER v. Ernest TURNER, because of desertion.

Edith Asinath Margaret LOVEDAY v. - LOVEDAY, for failure to comply with an order for the restitution of conjugal rights.

Mildred Torfrida CORLISS (Mr. P. W. Jackson) v. Phillip Slattery CORLISS, for desertion.

Alice May WOOLCOTT (Mr. H. F. von Haast) v. Henry Stephen WOOLCOTT, on grounds of adultery.

Sigfried OSTERGAARD v. Elsie Elizabeth OSTERGAARD, for desertion.

Christina WILLIAMS (Mr. Jackson) v. Thomas Wilson WILLIAMS, on the ground of desertion.

Vinola Harriet Daphne BOLSON v. George BOLSON, for desertion.

Luke Joseph QUEALEY v. Annie Beatrice QUEALEY, on the ground of mutual separation.

Albert Edward THOMAS (Mr. Scott) v. Teresa THOMAS, on the ground of adultery with Snowy BRACE.


DECREES ABSOLUTE. Decrees absolute, on the motion of Mr W. E. Leicester, were granted in the cases of Kathleen PITI v. Lione PITI and Mano SMITH v. John SMITH, and on the motion of Mr. Kennedy in the case of Ownson James NIMMO v. Alice NIMMO.
