Anna (Bennett) Barker immigrated to America in 1888 with her son and daughter-in-law. There is no evidence that her husband accompanied them; presumably he was deceased by this time. Anna lived with her son until her death, residing in Iowa and Minnesota before settling in Rockford about 1898.
