1. John Washburn, b. about 1646; d. 1719 in Bridgewater. He m. Rebecca LAPHAM (daughter of Thomas and Mary (Tilden) LAPHAM and sister of Lydia LAPHAM) 16 Apr 1679 in Bridgewater. They had children Josiah, John, Joseph, William, Abigail.
2. Thomas Washburn, b. about 1649; d. about 1731 in Bridgewater. He m. (1) Deliverance PACKARD (daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth PACKARD and sister of Nathaniel PACKARD) before 29 Oct 1684 in Bridgewater. They had children Elizabeth, Hepzibah, Nathaniel, Thomas, Patience, Timothy, and Deliverance. He m. (2) Sarah LEONARD 28 Jul 1708 in Bridgewater. He m. (3) Abigail (ATKINS) HAYFORD 24 Jul 1711 in Bridgewater.
3. Samuel Washburn, b. about 1652; d. 24 Mar 1719/20 in Bridgewater. He m. Deborah PACKARD (daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth PACKARD and sister of Nathaniel PACKARD) 1677 in Bridgewater. They had children Samuel, Noah, Israel, Nehemiah, Benjamin, and Hannah.
4. Joseph Washburn, b. 7 Jul 1653.
5. Jonathan Washburn, b. about 1658; d. before 10 Jan 1725/26 in Bridgewater. He m. Mary VAUGHAN (daughter of George and Elizabeth (HINCKSMAN) VAUGHAN and sister of Joseph VAUGHAN) about 1683 in Bridgewater. They had children Elizabeth, Josiah, Benjamin, Ebenezer, martha, Joanna, unnamed daughter, Nthan, Jonathan, and Cornelius.
6. Benjamin Washburn, d. about 1690 in Bridgewater. He was never married and had no issue.
7. Mary Washburn, b. shortly before 24 Jul 1662; d. 28 Feb 1739/40 in Easton, MA. She m. Samuel KINGSLEY before 28 Jul 1690. They had children Hannah, Sarah, Samuel, Mary, Benjamin, Susanna, Abigail, and Bethiah.
8. Elizabeth Washburn, b. about 1665; d. 27 Feb 1741/42 in Norton, MA. She m. (1) James HAYWARD about 1685. They had children Elizabeth, Mercy and James. She m. (2) Edward SEALEY after 17 Mar 1690/91. They had children Benjamin and John.
9. Jane Washburn, b. about 1670; d. before 21 Sep 1698 in Bridgewater. She m. William ORCUTT after 28 Jul 1690 and before 10 Sep 1694 in Bridgewater. They possibly had children Joanna and Elizabeth.
10. James Washburn, b. 15 May 1672; d. 11 Jun 1749 in Bridgewater. He m. Mary BOWDEN 20 Dec 1693 in Bridgewater. They had children Mary, Anna, James, Edward, Moses, Gideon, Sarah, Martha, and Elizabeth.
11. Sarah Washburn, b. about 1675; d. 1746 in West Bridgewater. She m. John AMES 12 Jan 1696/97 in Bridgewater. They had children Elizabeth, John, Sarah, Abigail, Jonathan, Deborah, Daniel, Benjamin, and Joshua.
