Mr. & Mrs. Carl Schwab

Carl, son of Agnes Schwab was born in Scott on April 15, 1935.  He lived in the Revenue District and attended Local Centre School.  He moved to the Scott District and attended Crooked Valley school and Scott School.  He moved into Scott in 1954 and farmed with his father.

On July 5, 1960, Carl married Joyce Fahl, who was born in Scott, September 6, 1939.  She lived at Wilkie and attended McLurg School.  She moved to Scott in 1950 and attended Scott School there.  They were married in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Scott by Rev. Father Prince OMI.  Carl worked at the Experimental Farm for 1959 to 1963.  In October 1963 he became Agent for the National Grain at Scott where he is today.

Carl and Joyce have two children, Sharon and Nancy.
