JOHN KLEIN

John Klein was born in 1910 at Unity, Sask.  In the spring of that year, his parents moved to the family homestead north of Salvador.  He resided there until 1936, when he moved to Armstrong, BC. and married Katherine Beler.  After returning from Armstrong in 1938, they took up farming in the Denzil area.  Their nine children were born in the Denzil area.  In 1973, they sold the farm to Balzar Klotz and retired to Denzil, where they presently reside.
