BEN ELL FAMILY

Ben came from Odessa, Russia to Towner, North Dakota in 1896.  In 1905, he 
moved to Scott, Saskatchewan where he farmed.

In 1909, he turned to Towner, ND and married Marianna Winterhalt.  They then 
moved to Grass Lake Municipality.

They had three children.

Joe married Aggie Stanky.  They live in Camrose and had nine children.

Melonia married Alex Moser.  They live in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan and have 
one child.

George married Annie Boser.  They live in Salvador and have five children.

In 1917, he sold the farm and built a store at Primate, Saskatchewan.  In
1918, the store burned down on Christmas Day.  He then moved back to the 
farm in Grass Lake Municipality where he lived until he retired to 
Salvador in 1944.

Ben died November, 1962 and Marianna in March, 1964.
